Particularly velvety and delicious ice cream where you can accompany it with butter cookies or Oreo (or broken inside why not?), where you can make an excellent iced cake with cookies of your choice, with pieces of chocolate, with strawberries, with cherries, and generally improvise!

Ingredients

  • ½ whipped cream (green)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 kg sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 vanilla
  • 5 drops of lemon

Directions

  2. When the ingredients are homogenized, add the sugar slowly. Add the vanilla and the lemon drops.
  3. Stir gently and place our mixture in the freezer for about an hour
  4. Beat it again with the mixer until fluffy. Put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process 3-4 times. The more times we repeat it, the fluffier it will become.
