The pancakes are like pancakes only they are more puffy and fluffy. Favorites of young and old and we will meet them mainly in the mornings, since it can be combined with honey, jams, fruits, hazelnut praline, cheese spread, and many more combinations.

Our materials

  • 150 gr yogurt
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 50 g milk
  • 3 kg baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ κ γ soda
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt


Sift the flour and mix it with the baking soda, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add the yogurt, milk, butter and egg and mix well with an egg beater. In a buttered pan over medium heat (to simmer until inside), spread a tablespoon full of our mixture into a round shape. We wait for it to take on color and turn it over. Each time we spread a pancake in the pan, we should lightly butter the pan.

Serve with fruit, honey, jam, hazelnut praline, and anything else your taste buds crave.
