Beetroot salad


Cool beetroot salad, like you've never eaten it before. An invigorating salad rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and many benefits since beetroot is a treasure trove of nutrients, combined with carrot and other vegetables, make a salad unsurpassed!


  • 3 peeled carrots
  • 3 peeled beets washed
  • 3 zucchini
  • 80 g grated feta
  • 3 k co coarsely chopped walnut
  • 3 k sunflower seeds
  • For the dressing
  • 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp thyme honey
  • 1 kg mustard
  • 1 kg balsamic vinegar
  • Juice from an orange
  • And orange zest
  • Salt-white pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. We rinse our vegetables. With the thick hole of our grater, we roughly chop the carrot, the beetroot and the zucchini, only the green part. 
  3. Mix well, add the dressing. And serve, adding grated feta cheese, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and orange zest to our salad.
