Ingredients
- 3 peeled carrots
- 3 peeled beets washed
- 3 zucchini
- 80 g grated feta
- 3 k co coarsely chopped walnut
- 3 k sunflower seeds
- For the dressing
- 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp thyme honey
- 1 kg mustard
- 1 kg balsamic vinegar
- Juice from an orange
- And orange zest
- Salt-white pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- We rinse our vegetables. With the thick hole of our grater, we roughly chop the carrot, the beetroot and the zucchini, only the green part.
- Mix well, add the dressing. And serve, adding grated feta cheese, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and orange zest to our salad.
