Easter cookies


I remember my mom making cookies every year, and I next to her giving me dough and trying to make beautiful cookies. I remember the song saying to me "I make cookies, with both hands, the oven will bake them, the house will smell!" …. In turn, I did the same to my children, and always the stomp… went to the phrase 'ΣΠΙΙΙΙΙΙΤΙΙΙ' which we emphasized and we opened our arms wide to show the whole house. Fluffy Easter cookies, therefore, traditional, fragrant and very tasty, full of memories and images. They are made easily and quickly, and of course if you make them with your children, you can also make the bunnies with the tufted round urchin !!! I have pictures of how they are easily made. In my childhood… of course they were the first ones I ate, because it was one thing to eat a classic cookie… and another to eat the bunny with the ears and the round urchin. Our children need pictures and memories….


  • 250 g fresh butter
  • 250 g plain butter
  • 380 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g of milk
  • 1250 gr flour
  • 35 g baking powder
  • 1 vanilla
  • Grate 2 oranges
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks for spreading.


  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Then add the eggs, the bacon, the milk and the zest. Then, after we have sifted the flour, we throw it in the porridge and shape it until it becomes an elastic fluffy dough.
  2. Make the shape of the buns you want and place them in oil paste. Beat the yolks and spread on top.
  3. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180The degrees Celsius until golden brown.
