Peinirli with leek


The most delicious peinirli by far in my opinion.

Fluffy, delicious, delicious, full of aromas.


  • 1 dose dough for peinirli
  • 2 chopped leeks
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 300 g of cheese mix
  • 150 g bacon cut into frames
  • 200 g smoked grated Vermio cheese
  • Salt Pepper


  1. Saute our leeks with a little olive oil.
  2. Then add the bacon, sour cream, and finally our cheeses until they become a thick cream.
  3. Place the grills in a hot oven to heat.
  4. After the grills are on fire, take them out of the oven and carefully place the boats on the hot pan after our dough has risen.
  5. Then with a spoon we fill the boats inside.
  6. Bake them at 220 degrees Celsius on the lower grill.
  7. Once they are golden brown, take them out of the oven and while they are hot, spread butter on the dough or, for more flavor, put small pieces of butter scattered and let them simmer on their own.
  8. If you want to put an egg on it, you will put it 1-2 minutes before unbaking the penirli
