Melon soup


A special soup, aromatic fast, quite widespread both for its taste and for the freshness it offers us. Now in the summer a light soup for the evening or for our diet is the best.


  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and their seeds removed
  • 2 sweet fragrant melons cleaned of its seeds
  • Juice and zest of a lemon
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 cup soft yogurt
  • Salt Pepper
  • 5-6 slices of Evritania ham (or prosciutto) crispy


  1. After peeling the cucumbers, remove the spores in the middle with a teaspoon. Cut it into small pieces and mash them in a blender.
  2. Then mash the melon together with the mint.
  3. Pour them into a bowl and fill the lime juice with the zest, yogurt, mix to incorporate all the ingredients, and make the taste. (we may want more lemon if it is not too juicy)
  4. Serve with crispy Evritania ham.
