Cold cut pie


For the béchamel

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 g milk

Melt the butter, add the flour and, stirring constantly, add the warm milk. Then stir until it sets and becomes creamy.

For the stuffing

  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped leek
  • 4 chopped mushrooms
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 200 g of cheese mix
  • 150 g of sausage mix
  • 1 cup of yogurt.
  • + 1 pack of crust sheet
  • ½ fl seed oil
  • 2k sesame for sprinkling

Saute the leeks, peppers, mushrooms and bacon in a frying pan.

Pour all our ingredients into the béchamel and mix, tasting if you need salt or pepper.

We take the crust sheet. Spread the half leaves in an oiled pan. Grease them between the leaves with seed oil. Then pour over the filling and spread it with a spatula to be even in all parts of the pan.

Then we spread the rest of the crust sheets which we have oiled in between with a brush.

When we apply the last leaf, we oil it and carve it

Bake on the heating elements on the second step at 180The degrees until it gets colored.
