Pizza with minced meat


Delicious, easy, filling, and much-loved pizza, loved by both children and adults alike. For a night with a movie, for the children's party for the buffet, but also a snack in small pieces as an appetizer in front of the living room table!  


For the dough:

  • ½ kg of flour type 00 (for pizza)
  • 250 g bottled water
  • ½ κ γ αλατι
  • ¼ κ γ sugar
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 1 fax Yeast

For the stuffing:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • Or olive oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot grated in the fine hole of the grater
  • 1 crushed tomato
  • 1 κ σ πελτές
  • ¼ κ γ sugar
  • Λευκό wine glass white wine
  • 300 g of cheese mix
  • Salt-pepper-oregano-allspice-cinnamon


  1. We start first with our dough. Put the flour, sugar, water and yeast in the mixer and mix on low speed for 10 minutes. Then add the oil and salt and continue to stir on low speed for another 10 minutes. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered with a film and a clean towel on top. Then we cut it into balls and cover it again with a film and a towel and let it rest for an hour.
  2. While you rest our dough, we start the minced meat. Saute the minced meat in a saucepan until all the lumps are broken and the meat is not pink at all. Then add the onion, sauté the pulp well and then add the garlic. Quench with wine and add the tomato, carrot and other spices. Simmer the minced meat until almost all its liquids are saved.
  3. Then we open our dough in the pans, after we have oiled them before.
  4. Spread our minced meat, and leave a point before the end of the dough aside. Then spread the cheeses and bake it at 180The for about 30-40 minutes until the leaf and our cheese are browned on top.
