Rich salad with pomegranate figs and orange

An impressive salad rich in ingredients, fresh, special, that you can make for your festive table and steal impressions both for its appearance and for its taste

Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed salads
  • 1 orange only its fillets
  • 8 chopped dried figs
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 100 g almond and walnut coarsely chopped

For the sauce

  • 50 g of figs
  • 80 g of orange juice
  • Zest of one orange
  • 150 g of olive oil
  • Salt

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for our salad. In a bowl, mix the figs with the orange zest and slowly add the olive oil. At the end add a little salt. Pour over our salad when serving and pour the almond and walnut on top.
