  • 6-8 medium potatoes
  • 10 slices of chopped bacon
  • 4 chopped spring onions
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 gr of cheese mix (edam, cheddar, vermicelli, etc.)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 clove of garlic melted
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, smoked paprika
  • Chopped parsley
  • Butter for baking

In a saucepan, boil our potatoes for about 10΄-12΄ minutes.

We drain them. Saute the onion and bacon in a frying pan and at the end add the garlic. Remove from the heat. Preheat your oven to 200The Celsius. We take the potatoes, cut them in half and with a teaspoon we remove the most amount of potatoes and place it in a bowl. Pour the sauteed bacon, onion and garlic into the potato, cream cheese, various cheeses and sour cream. We add our spices. Stir, and stuff our potatoes. Place them in the pan and put a piece of butter on top. Place them in the oven until they turn brown. Serve with chopped parsley.

- we add a little salt to our boiled potatoes. The cooking time is proportional to the size of the potato.

-for a lighter version we can take the cream cheese and the light one, and instead of bacon we can replace it with turkey.

-I want to have cheddar in the cheese mix that gives the creamy and buttery taste but also the smoked Vermiou cheese, which goes perfectly in combination with the bacon and thyme.

- fluctuate your spices according to your taste.

-If you do not have a spring onion, replace it with a dry one. If you like onion put both.
