- 4 large potatoes cut into chunks or thick frames
- juice from a lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt Pepper
- olive oil
- oregano, rosemary, thyme
- Place our potatoes in a pan.
- Put all our ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Pour over the potatoes, mix them to get our ingredients everywhere and bake them in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 45 minutes.
