Green soup with smoked sausage


Soup with sausage, potatoes and plenty of pepper for a cold winter evening. Easy, fast (in half an oritza… eat!), Delicious, that will warm you, and will fill you up!


  • 2 pcs smoked spicy sausages
  • 4 sliced leeks
  • 3 potatoes cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • Homemade vegetable broth
  • Olive oil
  • Bukovo salt


  1. In a saucepan pour a little olive oil, and sauté the leeks. 
  2. Then add the sausages, and finally the garlic. sauté lightly. 
  3. Then add the potatoes, the broth, the mustard, the salt and a little boukovo. Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are melted. 
  4. Serve with bukovo, and bites of nuts.

-we can add cabbage and carrot. They fit perfectly

-try it with a little smoked paprika.
