Bread in a hull


The easiest bread you will ever make! But even if you have not tried it yet, you will love this bread!

Just push it, the familiar sound it will make will excite you!

Without much effort, your bun will become wonderful! And this is due to the steam from our dough that you cage in the hull and it makes it crunchy and so wonderful !!


  • 750 g of fermented or hard flour
  • 470 g of lukewarm water
  • 30 g of olive oil
  • ½ κ γ sugar
  • 1 kg salt
  • 1 sachet of yeast


  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Then add the water and mix until all our ingredients are incorporated and it becomes a dough. So simple!!!!
  2. Then lightly oil our hull with a brush.
  3. We shape our bread and place it in the hull.
  4. We close the hull with the lid and place it in our oven on the grill on the first step at 50The degrees for 50 minutes to toast.
  5. Do not open the oven and the lid of the hull.
  6. When 50 minutes have passed, we increase our oven to 250The degrees (always with the lid closed and on the first step) and bake our bread for another 50 minutes.
  7. Then remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes to perfect the baking result. (you can if you want to take it out of the hull and grill this 10 minutes.)
  8. Once it is ready, take it out of the oven and place it on the grill to ventilate wrapped in a clean towel.

You can if you want to add to the dough anise or chios mastic beaten.
