Chickpeas with chopped macaroni and oatmeal


Chickpeas delicious and healthy, in a variation that you will love. Try them and you will remember me !!


  • 200 g chickpeas inflated for 24 hours before in water
  • 150 gr chopped macaroni
  • 100 g organic oatmeal
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric
  • A little mint 


  1. Bring our chickpeas to a boil. Skim them and add a potato, a carrot, an onion cut in four, and a whole zucchini. Boil them together with the chickpeas. 
  2. When our vegetables are cooked, we grind them and put them back in the pot together with the chickpeas. Add the oatmeal and let them simmer. When they are almost ready, add the macaroni, a grated carrot, the olive oil and the sweet turmeric on the nose.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes and just before removing from the heat add a little chopped mint

Serve grated with plenty of freshly chopped pepper
