Ribs (cortisines) with barbecue sauce


Recipe for the most favorite. Even for children, after the meat is melted and the caramelized barbecue becomes a dessert.


  • For marinating
  • In a bowl mix:
  • 1 kg smoked paprika
  • 1 kg garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 kg thyme
  • 1 kg salt
  • ½ κ γ πιπερι
  • Mix them very well in a bowl.
  • For the ribs:
  • One side pork ribs (about 1 to 1 kg)
  • 100 g of barbecue sauce


1. We take the ribs and pass them around with our marinade until the whole surface is completely covered. Then wrap it with a film and leave it in the fridge to marinate for 24 hours.

 2. Preheat the oven in air to 160The grades.

3. Take the ribs, remove them from the foil and put them in a pan with oil paste and foil on top and bake them for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

4. Then remove it from the greaseproof paper and the foil and bake it uncovered and constantly smearing it with barbecue sauce.

5. When they have got a fairly dark color and have softened, take them out and serve them, cutting them into two ribs.

If you have the special construction of a fireplace of opposite logic, do the steps 1,2,3, and then place them on the special base where with a bowl you spread the ribs on the base, constantly turning.
