Easy pizzas for the children's party, for the afternoon, for the evening with a movie, for school, the office and wherever else your mind goes !!!!

Ingredients

  • 370 g pizza flour (the green package)
  • 230 g flour that rises on its own + As long as it takes to open the dough
  • 1 kg baking powder
  • 1 kg salt
  • 1 / kg sugar
  • 370 g of warm milk
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 400 g sausages various grated in the grater in the large hole
  • 350 g of various cheeses grated on the grater in the large hole
  • 10 pcs white mushrooms grated on the grater in the large hole
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped green pepper

For the sauce

  • 100 g of tomato juice
  • 1 kg garlic powder
  • 1 kg of oregano
  • ½ κ γ smoked paprika
  • ½ κ γ thyme

Directions

We start with the dough. Put our flours, the baking salt, the sugar in a bowl and mix them very well. Then we put our oil in the warm milk and after we have created a hole in the middle, we pour the milk and we start to throw the flour all around until our dough becomes pliable and does not stick. We shape our dough enough and after it has become smooth, at this point we cover it with a film and put it in the fridge to rest an egg.

While you rest in a bowl, take the tomato juice, add the rest of the ingredients for our sauce and mix.

Then grate our sausages, cheeses and mushrooms in the grater and finely chop our peppers.

After our dough has rested, take it out of the fridge and open it - a rectangular sheet

Then we first put the sauce and spread it evenly everywhere, our cold cuts, mushrooms, peppers and finally our cheeses.

Then we make a roll of our dough, turning it carefully

Then cut slices and place them in our pan

Put our pan in a preheated oven at 180The degrees in the air for about 20-30 minutes until our dough turns brown.
