Salad with legume fava beans and vegetables

Wonderful salad colorful, healthy, nutritious, and very tasty for a special table that will leave the best impressions!

Ingredients

  • 1 dose of legume fava beans
  • 1 small red pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 small green pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 tomato without seeds, finely chopped
  • Or cucumber cut into small pieces
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 50 g of various nuts
  • Or lemon juice
  • Olive oil salt pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame

For the sauce

  • 100g tahini
  • 50 g of water
  • Lemon juice
  • Grate half a lemon
  • 1 cup honey
  • Salt-pepper-paprika

Directions

  1. We make the legume fava beans.
  2. Finely chop our vegetables in a bowl. Add the olive oil ½ lemon juice and put the bowl in the fridge.
  3. Put the tahini in the blender, the water with the lemon zest, the juice and the honey, salt, pepper and a little paprika. Beat until our ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Serve the legume fava beans on top of the vegetables, and pour over the tahini sauce. Sprinkle with nuts.
