Hummus salad with cauliflower


Wonderful healthy nutritious and delicious salad, which in itself can become a meal because of the nutrients it contains.


  • A dose hummus
  • 1 small red pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 small green pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 carrot grated on a grater in the small hole
  • 1 small cauliflower grated on the grater in the large hole
  • Nuts
  • Juice and zest of a lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt Pepper

For the sauce

  • 100g tahini
  • 50 g of water
  • Lemon juice
  • Grate half a lemon
  • 1 cup honey
  • Salt-pepper-paprika


  1. We make the base of the salad (the hummus)
  2. Place our vegetables in a bowl and add the juice, salt and pepper and olive oil and put the bowl in the fridge
  3. Put the tahini in the blender, the water with the lemon zest, the juice and the honey, salt, pepper and a little paprika. Beat until our ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Serve the hummus as a base and the vegetables on top. Pour over the tahini sauce, and sprinkle with nuts
