Mushroom salad


A salad I love, which I make often. It is filling, it provides us with protein which satisfies us, it is rich in ingredients and low in caloric value.

It has a great taste and of course I suggest you make it.


  • Or chopped lettuce
  • ½ mat rocket baby
  • ½ misberry
  • Or all green
  • Or all red
  • Or various sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • Or white wine
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • A little lemon juice
  • 2 k s broken nut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut seeds
  • 2 cups pine nuts
  • Or fl corn boiled
  • 1 diced avocado
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, rosemary


  1. In a pan pour 2-3 kg of olive oil and a sprig of rosemary. Saute the mushrooms until soft. Then add the garlic, stir and simmer with the wine. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool
  2. In a salad bowl, mix all our ingredients. Pour over the mushrooms and pour over our seeds.
