Salad with quinoa, arugula and halloumi

A wonderful salad that you should not miss to make. You can eat it as a light meal or put it in the center of the table and win the impressions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled quinoa
  • ½ fl boiled buckwheat
  • 3 slices of cooked halloumi cheese
  • 1 cup baby rocket
  • 2 k sunflower seeds
  • 2 k s broken nut

For the sauce

  • Or olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. cream white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup molasses
  • ¼ κ γ αλατι
  • Freshly chopped pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except halloumi)
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the sauce.
  3. Place the salad on a plate, place the halloumi and pour over the sauce. 
  4. Sprinkle with nuts on top.
