A wonderful salad that you should not miss to make. You can eat it as a light meal or put it in the center of the table and win the impressions.
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled quinoa
- ½ fl boiled buckwheat
- 3 slices of cooked halloumi cheese
- 1 cup baby rocket
- 2 k sunflower seeds
- 2 k s broken nut
For the sauce
- Or olive oil
- 4 tbsp. cream white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup molasses
- ¼ κ γ αλατι
- Freshly chopped pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except halloumi)
- In a separate bowl, beat the sauce.
- Place the salad on a plate, place the halloumi and pour over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with nuts on top.
