Chickpea salad


Cool healthy nutritious and very tasty salad, which can be eaten as a main meal, but also as a salad.


  • 250 g boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tomatoes cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Mint leaves
  • Basil leaves
  • 150 gr feta in a small box
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 cup balsamic
  • 1 sc garlic
  • 3-4 spring onions only the white part cut into slices
  • 80 g olive oil
  • Salt-pepper-oregano


Boil the chickpeas and rinse them with water.

Put them in a bowl together with the tomato, the onion and the spring onions, some mint and basil leaves, the capers, the feta. Put the olive oil, salt and pepper, oregano, a few mint and basil leaves, the balsamic vinegar and the garlic in a hand blender. Homogenize the ingredients and pour. 

-When the salad is to be served immediately, we make it this way. But when it is to be served later, we keep the tomatoes, feta cheese and herbs to put before serving.
