Seafood salad


Salad that smells like summer, delicious and light. We will find it more clearly on Monday, we will meet it in many taverns and restaurants on our islands and throughout Greece.


  • 300 g salad mix
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 boiled shrimp.
  • 1 chopped boiled octopus tentacle
  • 5 steamed mussels
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • Or lime juice
  • 1 kg of mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion fresh
  • 1 k chopped dill
  • Salt Pepper
  • Lime zest


  1. For this salad, we wash our vegetables thoroughly, let them drain well. We take our shrimp, we remove them from the intestine that they have back in the back, and if they are big we cut them in half lengthwise (butterfly). We open our mussels which we have steamed and cut our octopus into slices.
  2. We throw them all together in a bowl. We empty our salad on a plate and place our vegetables and seafood nicely
  3. Then put the onions, the oil, the lemon and the lime, the mustard, the dill and the salt and pepper in a mixer and mash.
  4. Pour over our salad at the last minute before serving.
