A filling sandwich that every bite hides in it aromas and taste of Mani.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr sliced Mani in slices
  • 100 gr spaghetti cooked saganaki or raw
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 30 gr kritamos
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Juice from a juicy orange
  • Orange zest
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • oregano

Directions

  1. Put the mustard in a bowl, and mix adding the olive oil and honey. Then add the juice and zest from the orange.
  2. In a bun we spread our ointment at the bottom, we place the kritamo, the tomato the convergent and at the end the spell. Sprinkle with oregano for finishing.
