Wonderful snacks of chocolate saraglaki, for your treat at the celebration or for your festive table. There will be no bite left from this sweet, since they love it from young to old…

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of crust sheet
  • 200 g ground walnut
  • 100 g crushed almond
  • 50 g crushed Aegina peanut
  • 100 g of sesame
  • 300 g melted milk butter
  • 1 kg cinnamon
  • ¼ κ γ carnation

For the syrup

  • 400 g of crystallized sugar
  • 250 g water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 cloves (cloves)
  • ½ lemon cups

For the coating

  •  250 gr couverture
  • 250 gr white chocolate
  • 250 g milk chocolate
  • Grated walnuts

Directions

  1. Put the syrup in a saucepan and boil for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 160 in the air.
  3. In a bowl transfer the crushed walnuts, crushed almonds and crushed pistachios, add the cloves, cinnamon and sesame seeds. Mix them well with a spoon.
  4. We open our sheet on the table. We take a sheet, with the help of a brush we sprinkle the sheet well with butter, we spread a part of the filling all over the sheet and with the help of a thin wood or a thick knitting needle we wrap the sheet.
  5. Then strain it, carefully remove the wood and transfer it to a buttered pan. We butter our placed strainer very well so that you do not dry us. Repeat the process on the other sheets.
  6. Then we pour the remaining butter into the pan. Cut the leaves, and put it in the oven for about an hour and a half. (Maybe less, depending on the oven) When the dessert comes out, as it is hot, we pour our cold syrup. Let the syrup stand for about half an hour. After pulling as much as needed, transfer our pieces to a grill.
  7. Melt our chocolates in separate bowls, in the microwave or in a baking pan. With a teaspoon, spread a spoonful of chocolate one by one. When we spread in 5-6 pieces with sharp sharp movements, we shake the grill up and down (we hit it on the edge up and down) so that the chocolate is spread evenly everywhere. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts separately and put them in the fridge to cool.
