Winter cabbage soup

Nature has taken care of the need of every season to give us its precious gifts. So in the winter when we need to shield our body, the humble cabbage comes rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory substances, rich in vitamin K and C, Bcarotine, Ω3 fatty acids, fiber, but also the first to fight various forms of cancer, cholera and heart disease. In combination with ginger, carrot, celery make this soup, a good shield for our body, which will provide us with energy, rejuvenation, warm us, and protect us from viruses and colds. Let's say of course that this soup is suitable for weight loss as all its ingredients have a fat-dissolving effect.

Ingredients

  • Or chopped cabbage
  • 2 carrots cut
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped leek
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of celery cut
  • 150 g celery root grated on the grater in the large hole
  • 2 tomatoes without spores melted in a blender
  • 1 cup fresh melted ginger
  • ¼ κ γ καγιέν
  • 1 kg chopped turmeric
  • ½ κ γ βουκοβο
  • olive oil
  • Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. In a deep saucepan lightly sauté the onion, leek, then add the garlic, carrot, celery root, ginger, celery, and cabbage. 
  2. Let them wither, add the tomato, water and our spices, lower the heat and let them simmer for about twenty minutes. 
  3. Serve optionally with extra boukovo on top
