Easily and quickly, the most delicious spicy, full of spetzofai aromas come directly from Pelion.
- 4 rustic sausages cut into bites
- 2 red peppers cut into large squares
- 2 green peppers cut into large squares
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- crushed tomato
- 1 tbsp pulp
- 1 glass of red wine
- salt, pepper, boukovo, oregano
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- olive oil
- 100 g feta (optional)
- 1 eggplant (optional, cut into small slices)
- In a large pan pour a little olive oil and sauté the peppers and onions (Eggplants).
- Then as soon as they wither add the sausages and garlic.
- Extinguish with our wine and add our tomato and spices. Simmer for about 15 minutes until our sauce thickens and the flavors are homogenous.
- If we want, at the end we throw the feta on top.
Serve plain or with rice or french fries
