Two recipes for a delicious taramosalata that you will love! The traditional with bread but also the version with potato that gives a velvety texture.
Taramosalata with bread
Wonderful taramosalata with pure and traditional bread.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of stale bread soaked drained in a blender
- 150 gr taramas
- 1 onion, mashed and rinsed (to remove its acidity)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup clove oil
- Some water
Implementation
- In a blender, beat the bread to a pulp and then add the onion and tarama and stir constantly, pouring the oil in a thread stream so that the taramosalata does not cut and the oil comes out.
- Add a little water to make it more velvety and at the end the lemon to make the taste.
Taramosalata with potato
A velvety taramosalata that drives crazy young and old. With memories from a child to put it on the bread and leave running for a kite.
Materials
- 400 g of boiled potatoes

- 1 chopped onion
- Juice of 1 lemon

Implementation
- We have boiled the potatoes (we have washed and gently rubbed them with the sponge and we boiled them with the peel so that they do not absorb water).

- Mash the potatoes (not to be hot), add the onion and the tarama and stir constantly, pouring the oil in a thread stream so that the taramosalata does not cut and the oil comes out.
