Delicious tart that young and old alike like!

For a pan about 27 points

For the dough

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour loaf
  • 1 egg medium
  • 1/2 kg of salt
  • Γ kg powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

To make our dough, all the ingredients must be in cold form. The butter should be cold and cut into very small cubes. We mix our ingredients in a bowl, and then on our counter. We open it and place it in our pan.

Pierce it with a fork and put the pan in the fridge for about half an hour.

Once half an hour has passed, put an oil paste on the dough and put a weight (legumes or rice, etc.) and bake it in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180The Celsius. After 10 minutes, remove the oil paste by weight and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.

For the béchamel

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 g milk

For the stuffing

  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 3 chopped mushrooms
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 150 g of cheese mix
  • 100 g of sausage mix
  • Or a cup of yogurt.

After we have layered and baked the base of our tart, we make the béchamel in a saucepan. Melt the butter, add the flour and, stirring constantly, add the warm milk.

Then stir until it sets and becomes creamy. Then sauté the pepper, mushrooms and bacon in a small pan.

Pour all our ingredients into the béchamel and mix, tasting if you need salt or pepper.

Place the filling in our tart and bake it at 180 degreesThe until it gets colored.

Good luck.
