Individual tahini pies without oil


Fasting individual tahini pies without oil, easy and very tasty. Full of tahini, walnut, and cinnamon! For the days when we fast the oil, but also for the other days it is an excellent proposal!


  • 500 g soft flour (goh)
  • 100 g flour possible
  • 100 g tahini
  • 70 g sugar
  • 25 g yeast
  • 350 g of lukewarm water

 For the stuffing

  • 300 g tahini
  • 150 g crushed walnut
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3 kg cinnamon
  • Powder for sprinkling


  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar. In a bowl, mix the tahini with a little lukewarm water (from what we will put in total) Take 30 g of lukewarm water (of the total) and dissolve the yeast. Open a puddle in the middle and add the tahini, yeast and the rest of the warm water. Our dough will become quite pliable. We let her rest. In the bowl we had the tahini, we make the filling. Add the tahini, the cinnamon, the crushed walnut and the sugar and mix very well until it becomes a tight porridge.
  2. Then we take a piece of dough and open it into a rectangular shape about 20 cm wide. Then spread the filling to go everywhere. We roll our dough and we have created a large oblong patty. We stretch our patty to thin it. Wrap in the shape of a snail. Then transfer it to the pan on the greaseproof paper.
  3. Continue in this way with the rest of the dough. Put the pan in a warm place to rise and then bake them at 180 degrees until they turn pink.
  4. Then, as soon as we take them out, sprinkle them with icing!
