Easy and simple tuna salad for our daily table, cool and fast.

Low in calories, light, and healthy

Ingredients

  • 1 ton in water
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • Or fl corn boiled
  • 1 cucumber cut
  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Or chopped dill
  • 1 lettuce cut
  • 1 lola red cut
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. We strain our tone and crush it.
  2. Put all our ingredients in a bowl and stir to homogenize
  3. Serve immediately.
  • We can also add ingredients of our choice such as grated carrot, caper, pickled cucumber, dried onion etc
