Low in calories, light, and healthy
- 1 ton in water
- 2 chopped spring onions
- Or fl corn boiled
- 1 cucumber cut
- 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- Or chopped dill
- 1 lettuce cut
- 1 lola red cut
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt Pepper
- We strain our tone and crush it.
- Put all our ingredients in a bowl and stir to homogenize
- Serve immediately.
- We can also add ingredients of our choice such as grated carrot, caper, pickled cucumber, dried onion etc
