Tuna salad with rice


Perfect dish, easy, fast and healthy. For a party, for the office, for the Sunday table. Very tasty and can stand as a meal as it provides us with all the nutrients our body needs.


  • 2 packages of tuna in water
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped pickles
  • 1 kg chopped capers
  • Or fl corn boiled
  • Or green pepper
  • Or red pepper
  • Or yellow pepper
  • Or chopped chopped parsley
  •  2 cups boiled rice of our choice

For the sauce

  • 80 g of mayonnaise
  •  20 mustards
  •  lemon juice
  • Salt Pepper


Mix our ingredients in a bowl. Put it in the fridge for an hour or two to homogenize the flavors. In a bowl, beat the ingredients for the sauce. Then add the sauce to the rest of the salad and stir.
