Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar and yeast and mix. Then pour the warm milk (not more than 40The so as not to burn our yeast) and stir. We make a pliable dough. Make it into a ball, spread it with olive oil and let it swell. 
  2. While we wait for the dough to rise, prepare the filling. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Once the dough is ready, open it with a rolling pin. We cut round discs and with our hand we create a hole in the middle. Place the filling in the middle, and grease the dough with a brush.
  4. Bake in air at 180The until they get colored.
