Very easy dough for cheese pies, sausage pies, potato pies, spinach pies, etc. that once you make it, you will make it continuously… it turns out about 35 pieces and it is very easy, fast and you will establish it for your children at school, or eat them at home for tithing or breakfast, to take with you to work, or in the car, for the children's party, for the birthday or the celebration, Easter or Christmas at the table… this recipe of ours should not be missing from any house !! !

Our ingredients for the dough

  • 600 g flour that swells on its own
  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 1 cup of seed oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ kg salt

For application optional

  • 1 egg and a little sesame

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, the flour, the yogurt, with the cup itself, measure the seed oil, and the salt and shape well. Our dough will become very elastic and pliable. Put it in the fridge to rest for half an hour.

For the filling

For the filling we put whatever materials we like. Here I put cheese.

Ingredients

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 50 g gruyere
  • 1 fresh grated mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • A little pepper, oregano, mint.

While we wait for our dough to rest, we make the filling in a bowl.

If you want cheesecakes for children, do not put oregano pepper, etc. The lighter the better for them.

When our dough is ready, we open it in a sheet about half a centimeter thick.

Cut round with the cup of our yogurt. Place the filling with a teaspoon and close. we place them in the pan plain, without oil glue because they will not stick to us !!! So easy!!!!!

If you want, spread them with egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
