Village spaghetti


Easy delicious pasta with flavors and aromas from the Greek land. The base of our sauce is the tomato and the sausage. So how could it not be made from our favorite spaghetti?


  • 2 pieces of Lefkada sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Or chopped red pepper
  • Or chopped green pepper
  • Or chopped yellow pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 k olives in slices
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 crushed tomato
  • 1 pack. Spaghetti of our choice
  • Or white wine
  • Thyme-oregano-salt-pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Grated feta for serving. (optional)


  1. Boil our spaghetti and strain it. (we keep some water for our sauce)
  2. Pour a little olive oil in a casserole dish. Cut our sausage into slices and sauté it. Then add the pulp, onion, garlic, peppers, olives, let them take on a beautiful color and quench them with wine. We add our tomato, our spices and a little water from the spaghetti we have boiled. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve on our spaghetti. Optionally grate a little feta cheese, add freshly chopped pepper and a little fresh oregano.
