Rustic pasta cake


Light, low-calorie recipe, cool, pleasant to eat even when cold. With very few ingredients and fast preparation.


  • 6-8 firm tomatoes
  • ½ c penne spaghetti
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 chopped leek
  • 200 gr feta
  • 2 tablespoons olive fillet
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • A little olive oil


  1. Take half the tomatoes and cut them into slices about one centimeter. Lay them down on the bottom of the pan
  2. Pour a little oil, salt, pepper and put them in the oven until they release their liquid.
  3. While the tomatoes are baking in the oven, boil the spaghetti (keep a little because it will also be baked in the oven) and put it in a bowl. In the same pot, lightly sauté the leek and pepper in a little oil.
  4. Pour them into the bowl with the spaghetti and add the feta cheese (reserve a portion to sprinkle on top), an egg, salt, pepper and the olive fillets.
  5. We mix so that our ingredients go everywhere.
  6. We take the pan with our baked tomatoes and add the spaghetti. Layer our tomatoes nicely on top. season with salt and pepper, add oregano and put the pan in the oven for half an hour and 40 minutes at 180The in resistances. Just before taking it out, sprinkle some fetula on top for flavor and color.
  7. Take it out of the oven and let it rest before taking it out of the mold.

You can use your imagination and create imaginative dishes such as to put various cheeses, cured meats, and even mixed vegetables that look like a lot.
