A wonderful pie with various greens that mature in the Greek land, under our sun, and that the farmer will carefully collect until we choose them and make a magical pie with aromas and flavors!
Ingredients
- 1 packet of crust sheet (or we can open sheet looking here)
- Or a kilo of spinach
- 1 bunch of kaukalithres
- 1 bunch of myrons
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- Or cream cheese
- 200 g hard feta
- 3 eggs
- Pepper
- seed oil
- nutmeg

- We wash our herbs thoroughly. We dry them very well so that they do not have water. Coarsely chop them and salt them in a bowl. Mix them and wait for about half an hour for them to wither.
- In a bowl, pour our herbs, cream cheese and eggs and mix.
- In a pan (I used 40 cm) grease with seed oil well and spread the lower leaves 2-2 crosswise on 3 sides to close the circle of the pan. (That is, I used 6 sheets below). Put the filling and the feta on top in coarsely chopped pieces. Cover crosswise and close our pie with extra leaves. We oil it and carve it.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180.
