Vegetable pie with cream cheese


A wonderful pie with various greens that mature in the Greek land, under our sun, and that the farmer will carefully collect until we choose them and make a magical pie with aromas and flavors!


  • 1 packet of crust sheet (or we can open sheet looking here)
  •  Or a kilo of spinach
  • 1 bunch of kaukalithres
  • 1 bunch of myrons
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Or cream cheese
  • 200 g hard feta
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper
  • seed oil
  • nutmeg


  1. We wash our herbs thoroughly. We dry them very well so that they do not have water. Coarsely chop them and salt them in a bowl. Mix them and wait for about half an hour for them to wither.
  2. In a bowl, pour our herbs, cream cheese and eggs and mix.
  3. In a pan (I used 40 cm) grease with seed oil well and spread the lower leaves 2-2 crosswise on 3 sides to close the circle of the pan. (That is, I used 6 sheets below). Put the filling and the feta on top in coarsely chopped pieces. Cover crosswise and close our pie with extra leaves. We oil it and carve it.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180.
