Who says enjoying a pie does not go hand in hand with fasting? We have here a wonderful healthy pie full of aromas and taste that smells like Greece !!!
Ingredients

- 1pack crust
- Or a kilo of spinach
- 1 bunch of kaukalithres
- 1 bunch of myrons
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 g of porridge
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 300 gr zohous
- Pepper, nutmeg
- olive oil
Implementation
- We wash our herbs thoroughly. We dry them very well so that they do not have water. Coarsely chop them and salt them in a bowl. Mix them and wait for about half an hour for them to wither
- In a pan (I used 40 cm) grease with seed oil well and spread the lower leaves 2-2 crosswise on 3 sides to close the circle of the pan. (That is, I used 6 lower leaves)
- I oil between the leaves with olive oil.
- Put the filling and cover crosswise on top and close our pie with extra sheets
- We oil it and carve it
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180.
