Materials

  • 1 kg of powder
  • 2 sachets of 10 g gelatin
  • 1 kg glycerin (drinkable from the pharmacy)
  • half a cup of glucose
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 vanilla

Implementation

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in a saucepan with our water. Add the glucose and stir. Then add the glycerin and vanilla.
  2. Put the icing in another bowl, make a puddle in the middle and in the puddle add the liquid and with a spoon at the beginning because it will burn slightly, stir. When we can no longer knead with the spoon we knead with our hands until the dough comes off our hands. Cover it with cling film and keep it in the fridge.
  3. We use plain white as a base but also to make themes such as flowers, seafood, heroes, Christmas and whatever your imagination puts!
