Pizza dough


Dough for the base of your pizza. Fluffy delicious dough to improvise and create your family pizza!


  • 330 g flour goch
  • 6 g dry yeast
  • 215 g of lukewarm water
  • 10 g sugar
  • 8 g salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a little lukewarm water mix the yeast with a little flour from the amount and sugar. We are waiting for it to be activated. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the remaining flour with the salt. Then add the activated yeast and water to the flour. We work our dough until our dough becomes soft. Let it rest for 1- ½ hour (it depends on the room temperature). 
  3. Then we divide it into 2 parts (if we want to make 2 smaller ones) or we place it in the pizza pan. Allow half an egg to rest covered. 
  4. Then we lay the materials we want. We always leave our ingredients 1-2 points before the end of the base from our dough. 
  5. Bake in a strong oven until our ingredients are golden brown.
