Have you ever wondered how easy, cheap and pure it is to make vegetable broths? To be present in the freezer every hour and moment and to give your food a more enriched and full taste in a natural way. So let's see…

Personally I have used vegetables that I prefer emphasizing the taste I want in a vegetable I prefer more.

Ingredients

  • 3 chopped leeks
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 zucchini coarsely chopped
  • 2 green peppers
  • Or matte celery
  • Or celery root
  • Or matte parsley
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Some spice grains
  • Some grains of pepper
  • Or olive oil
  • 1 kg of salt

Directions

  1. Put all the vegetables in the pot in water. We put the spices in a piece of tulle so that in the end we remove them all together. Simmer our vegetables until they soften enough and the water evaporates and half is left in the pot.
  2. I mash my ingredients with a hand blender. Simmer the porridge a little more to remove the liquids. I let the porridge cool and put it in disposable bags in the freezer with the help of a funnel or bottle.
  3. If you have ice cubes, freeze the porridge in the trays and then place them, remove them from the trays and put them in disposable bags.

They are kept in the freezer

-It is good if you want to adjust the flavors and put the vegetables of your choice with the appropriate spices. (Eg for legumes, meat, fish etc)

-we never throw vegetables. We will either put them in the freezer, chopped or to have them when we need them, or broths.

-some vegetables are sweetened by boiling (carrots, onions, etc.) so balance the taste with aromatic herbs (celery, parsley, etc.)

-when we need, we just take one or two cubes and throw them in our food. Natural taste of vegetables in all our meals. More delicious and more delicious.
